"Can you combine orders and get a refund on extra shipping cost?"

Unfortunately I cannot combine orders or change any items in current orders. If your order has not been shipped and you would like it cancelled​ so you can reorder, please send the order number to [email protected] and we can sort that for you!

"I forgot to use a coupon on my order! Can it be added?"

Send an email to [email protected] if your order has not been shipped and we can give a partial refund equivalent to the discount!

"I ordered an item on preorder, will I get the other items in stock shipped separately?"

No, all of your items will ship together when the preorder items are in-hand!

"This item says 'one per order,' why can't I have multiples in one shipment?"

This is likely because of the size of the item! For example, ita bags are shipped in boxes meant to fit them pretty snug so that they don't get bent in transit as easily. Custom box sizes are mostly used for specialty items like bags.

Order processing times

Currently, I ship items from my home right out of my office studio.

I aim to ship once or twice a week. I am a single person working the shop so every package is packed by my hands. If there is an influx of orders, it might take slightly longer to ship your order. I ship through USPS and domestic (U.S.) orders take anywhere from 5-7 business days to make it to your door. If you live outside of the U.S., it could take anywhere from 5-10 weeks depending on your local postal services.

If I am away for a convention or other in-person market event, the bottom ribbon message will reflect that. My shop will likely be closed temporarily during those times! You can check out my event schedule in the 'about' drop-down at the header of the page.

shipping + Tracking + notifications

I tend to keep an inventory of mostly flat items that can fit in bubble mailers. I do not ship in paper envelopes. Your order will always be protected by either a bubble mailer or a rigid mailer or a box or poly mailer if it is a larger item. This makes the shipping cost a bit higher than regular stamp mail but it is much more important to get your products to you safely even if they are smaller and capable of being shipped by paper mail. My flat rates reflect a combination of international and domestic average rates + packaging materials + labor so it might not match exactly to a calculator.

When a label for an order is printed, the tracking number will be automatically emailed to the address input at checkout! Please be diligent in checking your tracking as once the package is out of my hands, I do not have control over how it makes it to you.

For international orders, customs, fees, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer should your package be held in the destination country. I do not charge for things like customs and VAT within my shipping flat rate. Please refer to your local postal servicers rates and regulations.

Attention for shipments to Mexico and Brazil: please include a tax ID in the order notes as international deliveries now require a tax ID submission in the customs details section of the label.

Order issues

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please email [email protected] (you may receive a response from [email protected]) and I will see what I can do to rectify the issue! For any returns, I can refund the items once returned (I cannot refund shipping charge) or send a replacement in most cases. Please email the order number and photos of the damages or incorrect items to [email protected] and we'll help! Please note that I can only honor returns up to 30 days from when your order has been delivered.

For domestic and international orders that become lost in transit please note that I can only resend your package once it is returned to me and once the postage is repaid. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

address changes, order adjustments, cancellations

If you need to change a shipping address for your order and it has not been shipped yet, please send an email to [email protected] with the order number and new receiving address.

If you ordered an incorrect item or missed an item you wanted to add, unfortunately I cannot change or add items in an order manually. You will need to email to cancel your order and reorder with the correct items.

Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled! Please send an email to [email protected] with the order number to cancel. The only exceptions to this are preorder items with separate terms. Those terms, including surcharges and refund deductions will be included in the preorder listing as well as any associated schedule pages. If you have any questions about the status of a preorder item, please feel free to send an email!

Also please note that the 'order notes' section of checkout does not print additional instructions onto your order's shipping label. Things like gate codes and directions will not be added to the label from this input.
